Tuition for 2026-2027 & FAQ

Fenelon Classical Schoolhouse is place where families get to work directly with a seasoned teacher to provide an education for their children.  It is an education for the child, not the classroom.  The schoolhouse is limited and will remain a small setting that allows continuous one-on-one care.

Tuition is arranged for Full-Time or Part-Time.  Full Time is $200 a week or $7200 and Part Time is $100 a week or $3600 per year.  There are scholarships available.

We do offer extra curricular classes and programs throughout the year.  Example: Logic For Life Class, Mock Trail Team and Drama.  Costs vary for each activity.

At Fenelon Classical Schoolhouse, we believe that education is about more than just academics. We strive to create a welcoming community where students feel valued, supported, and respected. Our school is a home, and we offer a wide range of extracurricular activities, clubs, and events to help students develop their interests, talents, and passions.

We currently meet within the education section of a home which provides for a stress-free relaxed setting that allows for flexibility and support throughout the student's day.

Katherine Fraatz, the lead teacher and program director, has been teaching for over 30 years.  Her love for the Lord and her love for students calls her to support any family that could use the gifts she has to share.  She also helps various classical schools in Minnesota reach academic and staffing goals through the training of teachers.  She is currently a PhD Candidate in Curriculum and Instruction.  Education is extremely important to her.
